Packing & Shipping

Before we ship your item, we take a close look at every single card and snap some clear pics for you to check out. If anything doesn't look right to you, just say the word and we can cancel the order.  No worries at all!

Your cards are in good hands! We pack everything super securely to make sure they arrive safely, no matter how far they're traveling. We aim to ship within 7 -20 business days, but during busy period (Christmas/black Friday etc) this may be a couple of days longer due to customs being slower. 

(Around 1% of orders are delayed in the customs process for around 1 week (sometimes more), however that is not in our control and is a customs process we cannot avoid sometimes).

If it's for an urgent birthday gift customization, please make sure to place your order with enough time in advance.

We cannot guarantee that orders will arrive before a specific holiday (such as Christmas) or the timeframe quoted. World events (such as COVID-19 setbacks, global supply chain issues, severe weather, logistic company strikes) are out of our control and can impact shipping times.

 

Tracking Information 


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

 

My tracking says "No Information Available at the Moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Thinking about a return or exchange?

Due to the nature of TCGs an re-sealing product, we do not accept returns. Refunds only for wrong or damaged items (with proof within 7 days). Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they haven't shipped. 

 

Lost/Missing Packages

Trovetcg are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process, or for orders that are lost in transit due to courier errors. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

 

Will I Pay Customs Fees?

All customs/VAT/charges are paid by us and included in the shipping price.

You will not pay any import charges*

USA: IMPORT IS STILL TARIFF FREE. However, due to the longer route (not direct shipping), the cost of shipping is significantly higher than to other locations, but it is still cheaper than importing direct.

About Grading & Authentic

We can't promise a PSA 10 grade (that's always up to the graders!), but we can promise the card won't have any obvious flaws or defects. Real Deal, 100%. We guarantee every card is 100% authentic. No reprints, no fakes, just the real thing.
